Is ad spend included in these prices?
No. The fee is for management only. Ad spend goes directly from your card to Meta and Google on your own accounts — we never hold your budget.
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term and no exit fee: thirty days' written notice, effective at the end of the billing period in which it expires. The ninety-day trial is the exception — that one is a fixed three-month term at a fixed price, because ninety days is the shortest window in which a campaign tells you anything true.
What happens if the results are not there?
We show you the numbers weekly, so nobody is surprised at the end. If a campaign is not producing after a fair test, we tell you what we would change and if we believe it is fixable. We will not take a fourth month to find the answer.
Who owns the account and the creative?
You do. Ad account, pixel, creative files, landing pages and domain all sit in your name. If you leave, nothing has to be migrated or rebuilt.
Do you work with businesses in any industry?
Not all of them. Categories with heavy ad-policy restrictions or thin margins after cost per acquisition do not work with this model, and we would rather say so on the first call.
How do I pay?
By card, in advance. Monthly retainers are charged each month on the same day; the ninety-day trial is charged once, up front, as a single payment. The audit is a one-off payment at the price quoted in your proposal. Invoices are issued from Xmediabuy with the plan name on them, and cancelling a retainer is in writing to [email protected], thirty days before your next renewal.
We already pay an agency these prices. Why move?
Then price is not the question — the work is. Most owners at this spend are paying for reporting and getting little else. Ask your current agency three things: how many new creatives shipped last month, which campaign the budget moved out of and why, and what one booked job cost. If those answers take a week to produce, or do not exist, that is the gap we close.
